Can I combine two discounts? No. Discounts cannot be combined, and they are offered based on availability. Once you choose a special or a standing discount, no other discounts or promotions apply.
How do I get a special rate? Use the corresponding link on this page for the offer you want, or call us at 865-436-9292. Each special has its own link so the right rate applies automatically.
Is the Snow Rate refundable? No. The Special Snow Rate is a nonrefundable reservation, it cannot be combined with other offers, and it must be reserved in advance. It runs for stays through January 27, 2026, while rooms last.
What do I need for the Military, AAA, or Senior discounts? Bring your matching ID or membership. The Military and Veteran Discount covers Military, Veterans, Government Employees, and First Responders at 10% with free flexible cancellation and free Grab and Go Breakfast. AAA is 10% for AAA members. The Senior Discount is 10%, valid for Senior and AARP Members.
How does the small-dog rate work? Only small dogs under 50 pounds are allowed, the nightly Small Dog Fee is $40 plus tax per dog, and the maximum is 2 dogs per room. Restrictions and deposits apply. You must select one or two dogs when reserving for the correct pricing to apply.
