Great place! I really liked the location! It was out of the way! You could walk to everything that you wanted to do in Gatlinburg! Great place to stay if you want to stay in and relax! The staff were very nice and helpful!

This is a remodeled motel located on River Road on the inside block not the river side. There is another hotel between it and the river. But the location was great in regards to Ober Gatlinburg, the Convention Center, the Smokey Mountains, and Cade’s Cove. Staff was very nice and the rooms were very clean. The bed was wonderful. Great place.

This motel is older, but is in the process of being up dated. The rooms are really nice. It is only a couple of blocks from the strip, I would definitely stay here again.We really enjoyed the in room fire place , very romantic.

We stayed at this hotel in Gatlinburg because it was cheaper than most of the other rates in town. I don’t understand why, because this is the best place we have ever stayed at in Gatlinburg.

The first impression is at check-in. The women at the front desk were always very friendly, and that’s getting rarer.

The rooms are recently remodeled in more modern decor and the details are very nice. There’s a balcony, which is great on cool mornings. The beds are heavenly. The upscale toiletries were a nice touch. The wi-fi was secure and reliable. The place was quiet. Honestly, the only thing we could find wrong with it was the extremely loud garbage trucks that swing by at 5 am, but I don’t expect the hotel to yell at the garbage men. They’re just too nice.

This was the best stay I’ve had at a hotel in a while. They are putting a lot of care into it and it shows.

Very beautiful and spacious room! The bed was so comfortable. Located within walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. Very friendly staff! The Keurig in the room was a very nice touch. Wish we could have stayed longer 🙂
